Yesterday, a neighbour of Arboleas died of COVID-19
From the Town Hall, we convey our deepest condolences and we express our solidarity with his family and friends. D.E.P.!! / R.I.P.

We are sorry for this loss and we hope it will be the last for this cause.
We need to take care of ourselves !!!

During weekends and holidays full breakdown figures of Covid-19 cases  are not issued.

However, please see below the charts for each Province in Andalucia. Plus the rise in Hospital admissions as well. These have just been issued for 16th January 2021.

If these figures do not tell people to take more care and stick to the rules, then nothing will.

If you are not sure how these changes affect Arboleas. Having been classed as Level 4 Grade 2 we are in the highest risk areas.

With effect from Midnight tonight you will not be allowed to leave the border of Arboleas unless for a very good reason. Shopping is not one of these. This will stay in place until we are advised otherwise. The Junta have announced that these levels will be reviewed daily.

We need to get the equivalent number of cases in our town below 1,000 per 100,000. Arboleas currently has an approximate level of 1,237 per 100,000. We need to get this down as soon as possible. We have 4,596 Residents in Arboleas.
