If you have a digital certificate but are unable to access your Covid Certificate via the Clic Salud page you can now apply via this link.

I've just tested it with the details of someone who can't access their details due to being a temporary person. And I have received notification that we could download their certificate from the DEHU folder. 

It took about 5 minutes.
