The Government has extended the mandatory use of the mask outdoors

The rule, which will now be processed as a bill by the urgent procedure agreed on Tuesday, establishes the mandatory use of masks for people ages six and above in any indoor or outdoor 

public space, or those open to the public, as well as in public transport.

The text also establishes the exceptions to this obligation, such as during the exercise of individual sports or outdoor activities, provided that a minimum distance of 1.5 meters is maintained between other people who do not cohabitate. Similarly, people who exhibit certain illnesses or respiratory difficulties that may be exacerbated by the use of a mask are not obliged to wear one.
