I like to sit in the light under the pergola. I dont feel like getting the glass table out to perch my wine glass on. I had some pieces of wood so i thought i would make a table to take my vino. Nearly finished when Skye comes out for an inspection. Raising one eyebrow and 2 ears she said " My, if you upcycled that you could probably make a small pallet ". Oh that dog knows how to cut to the quick !

In May Richard Clarke of Calida Homes walked with some friends from Albox to Saliente and raised €2517 for Walk for Life.  Richard wants to thank these friends.  They are Steve Morgan, Hannah Bigley, Sam Romani and David Lyons and Ester.  Also walking, from Los Amigos Walking Football Club, were Malcolm Armstrong and Richard Woods.  Cycling the distance three times was Bryan North “The Machine”.  A huge thank you from Richard and from Walk for Life.. In May 85 year old Jean Bye walked 3 kilometres in the Walk for Life challenge.  She has raised a fantastic €261.  Jean is a past committee member of the charity and knows how much this money will help someone who is affected by cancer.  Thank you Jeanette Maureen Bye
