Regarding the attached form from N332. Is it required to be carried if someone else drives your car. ? ( over the age of 25) I emailed the Guardia Civil Traffico and asked the quedtion today. The following is their reply. I read it that it would be advisable to carry the form duly completed, just in case they are stopped. You may read it differently !! Good morning, the owner of a vehicle has the following obligations: a) Provide the Administration with the identification of the driver of the vehicle at the time of committing an offense. The data provided must include the number of the driving permit or license that allows identification in the Registry of Drivers and Offenders of the autonomous body Central Traffic Headquarters. If the driver is not registered in the aforementioned Registry of Drivers and Offenders, the holder must have a copy of the administrative authorization that enables him to drive in Spain and provide it to the Administration when required. If the owner were a vehicle rental company without a driver, the copy of the administrative authorization may be replaced by the copy of the lease. b) Prevent the vehicle from being driven by someone who has never obtained the corresponding driving license or permit.
