We are delighted to advise that our Help Desk will open again on Friday 3rd September.  This will be run every Friday morning by Kate Salt who will give free advice to members on letters they have received in Spanish and other simple documentation.  Anything more complicated she will handle privately.  This was such a valuable service and we are so pleased to be able to offer it again. Thank you, Kate, for agreeing to join us.

At the beginning of June more than 150,000 UK Nationals had applied for their Withdrawal Agreement TIE - that's both those swapping from the green certificate, as well as brand new applicants. If you're not one of them, both we and the Spanish Government recommend doing so as soon as you can. It explicitly states your rights under the Withdrawal Agreement. It makes day-to-day administrative processes, including border crossing, easier. It's got your photo on it, it's more recognisable and it's more durable.
