 We'll have the list when people are loaded on the two buses.

 There will be people who come with their suitcases and others who will have nothing.

 We will put the ages of the children and their needs and how many adults come.

 As the trip is long, it will give us time to collect what is needed for them.

 I will send you the list and indicate where to take it.
