WATER BILLS IMPORTANT 

I have a list of over 200 people in front of me who have not paid there water bills , some have missed several payments, some I know do not live here and clearly do not have direct debits set up so this problem will continue.  Galasa are looking to cut the water supply to the people on this list so if you have not received and paid a water bill in the last three months you need to go to Galasa in Vera and collect your bill.  I would strongly suggest that you set up a direct debt whether you live here or not to avoid problems.  If you are cut of you need to pay your outstanding debts and pay the reconnection charge which is at least fifty euros, this will obviously mean days or weeks without water depending on how fast pay.
