We know many of you are still struggling to get an appointment in person with the INSS (Spanish social security office) in order to register your S1 form. If you have your S1 form (and residency paperwork complete) you can also register the form online with the INSS. Step by step details of how to do this are on gov.uk:

Some parts of this process are either in Spanish or need to be completed in Spanish. Once complete, you'll receive an email confirming you've submitted your documents, and the INSS will contact you if they need further information.

? Electricity rates changing: Does it affect me? Will I pay more? At what time should I use my electrical appliances?

➡️ From Tuesday 1st June 2021, electricity rates will change. 

➡️ Monday - Friday between 00:00 and 8:00am, and weekends anytime, electricity will be cheapest.

?  Peak / expensive: 10am to 2pm and 6pm to 10pm

? Flat / medium: 8am to 10am / 2pm to 6pm / 10pm to midnight

? Valle / cheap: 24:00 to 8:00 &  anytime weekends & fiestas

Weekends and national holidays with a fixed date will have another schedule: on these dates, all hours will be "off-peak" (cheap).
